Rolando Castro Blanco AD:
President of the Board. Defines policies, establishes
strategies and maintains the standards of the mission,
the vision and values of the ministry.
2.
Board of Directors AD:
Monitor the way the ministry is conducted and maintain
the mission, the vision and values of the ministry.
They are not involved in daily operations.
3.
Lorena Barzuna:
Executive Director. Is responsible for the execution
of policies, procedures and the operation of the ministry.
He is also responsible for communications.
4.
Magda de Castro:
Ministry Network Director. Coordinates the information
gathering from the ministries and the legal, administrative
and operational aspects of the ministries. She also
coordinates the efforts of the ministries' auditors
and consultants.
5.
Doris Espinoza Angulo:
Training Coordinator: In charge of the design and
implementation of educational strategies and methodologies.
6.
Kenlor Howel:
ADAPTE Executive Director will take care of SMB responsibilities.
7.
Resource Management Director AD:

In charge of executing the resource handling strategy
for the ministry.
8.
Public Resources Coordinator and NGO's:
(Still to be appointed).
In charge of domestic and international development.
He/She will also be responsible to report to donors
the results if their investments and donations.
9.
Private Resources Coordinator: (Still
to be appointed).
Conducts the donation of material and economic resources
by companies and churches; organizes events and programs
to obtain resources from people who identify with
the ministry's mission/vision.
